Wheel nut torque
Wheel nuts and bolts on most cars are tightened to between about 90 and 140 Nm (66 to 103 lb ft). Always use the figure in the handbook, tighten in a star pattern, and re-check after 30 to 50 miles if a wheel has been removed.
For engine power as well as torque, use the bhp, kW and PS converter.
